What is Surrogacy
Gestational surrogacy is the procedure whereby a woman – the gestational surrogate – consents to an embryo transfer process, otherwise known as an IVF Procedure. During this method, an embryo (or plural embryos) deriving from the couple obtaining the surrogacy service is implanted in the surrogate. If the procedure is successful, the surrogate becomes impregnated with the child of the couple (the supposed parents). The amount of participation with the surrogate thereafter is completely up to the intended parents – typically, the couple is associated with the initial IVF treatments, as well as being present at the moment of labor and birth of their child. They then assume responsibility for the child post-delivery and make the long term changeover to legal parenthood.
The process commences by choosing a surrogate mother for your embryo and IVF procedure
Afterward we sit down with you and modify costs across a number of realms including, but not limited to medical, alimentary, accommodations, legal fees, transportation etc.

What is IVF
IVF is an option women choose opt for when they are having difficulties with infertility. The conventional IVF involves removing the human oocytes from the ovaries and the fertilization process, achieved by “letting" motile spermatozoa to fertilize the oocytes into a particular culture medium. Which means that once embryos are produced, they are transferred in to the uterine cavity through a process called Embryo Transfer. IVF is utilized to imitate the biological functions, in vivo.
IVF can be used for women who"ve blocked or damaged fallopian tubes, thus preventing the egg and sperm from meeting naturally. IVF also may help you and your spouse if your infertility is unexplained and/or the male spouse has a low sperm count. Other factors like mature age endometriosis, immunology, weight problems and psychology may lead people to infertility. IVF can be the option for you if these factors enter into play during this stressful time in your lives.
Step 1: Follicular Development and Monitoring
Throughout a woman"s normal menstrual period, LH and FSH will be the hormones that the body uses to induce development and maturation of an individual oocyte. To be able to optimize your pregnancy rates during IVF, it is important to severa tmature oocyte available for fertilization, embryo development and transfer into the uterus. The ovaries are therefore stimulated using higher amounts of the stimulating hormone that normally exist in your body. This is achieved using Gonadotrophin injections. Numerous stimulation regimes can be found at this time, and the physician chooses the main one suitable to your biological system, in order to achieve a good number of high quality oocytes. Close monitoring of the follicles (the sacs which contain the growing oocytes in the ovaries) is necessary and it is achieved with repeated ultra-sound in order to determine their size and their numbers . At the appropriate timing, more hormones will be given, aiding with the final maturation of the oocytes. Predicated by all the available feedback and laboratory studies, the best time for the restoration will be decided.
Step 2: Oocyte Recovery
This is the actual procedure by which the doctor gathers the oocytes of the womain’s body, a procedure requiring anesthesia. A little needle enters the upper part of the vagina, through the instruction of the ultrasound, into the ovary"s follicles. The substance that is aspirated will be studied in the laboratory, where the oocytes will be identified and transferred into culture media in an incubator at 37oC to continue the maturation process for several more hours.
Step 3: Fertilization of OOCYTS
In this step, your partner must give his sample of sperm on the day of the oocyte restoration which will be conserved until needed). His sperm will be carefully made ready with a particular method and the healthy spermatozoa separately. There are roughly 100,000 motile spermatozoa added per oocyte, with 4-6 hours after oocyte restoration. This is in order for the fertilization to occur within the following 12-18 hours in the incubator. The insemination process will lead to the fertilization of the oocytes, and resulting embryos are transferred to different culture media to be viewed closely over the next 48 hours.
Step 4: Embryo Transfer
The best quality embryos are chosen and are transferred through the womb using a little catheter based on their rate of development and morphology. The number of embryos that will be transferred is decided based on the age and health background of the potential mother; alongside the quantity and quality of the embryos which have now been released during each remedy cycle. For each couple, there is a possibility of experiencing several child. Embryo transfer is a pain-free method, much like having a cervical smear, and thankfully takes only a few minutes. After the process has been completed, we highly recommend a brief resting period in the recovery room. The day after, oocyte retrieval progesterone and other supplements will be prescribed to ensure that the lining of the uterus receives sufficient activation and sustains the implantation of the embryos. Quantitative pregnancy tests with blood also needs to be done 12-14 days after embryo transfer.
