What is Surrogacy
Gestational surrogacy is the procedure whereby a woman – the gestational surrogate – consents to a embryo copy process, otherwise called an IVF Procedure. During this process, an embryo (or plural embryos) deriving from the couple acquiring the surrogacy service is implanted in the surrogate. If the procedure is successful, the surrogate becomes impregnated with the child of the couple (the supposed parents). The amount of engagement with the surrogate thereafter is completely up to the intended parents – typically, the couple is associated with the initial IVF treatments, as well as being present at the moment of birth of their child. They then take responsibility for the child post-delivery and make the permanent transition to legal parenthood.
The process commences by choosing a surrogate mother for your embryo and IVF procedure
Afterward we sit down along with you and modify costs across a variety of realms including, but not limited to medical, alimentary, accommodations, legal fees, transportation etc.
Reliable, safe and innovative medical guidelines for the IVF procedure.
Reliable, safe and complete treatment during medical consultations supervising the pregnancy.
Legal aid with regards to the nationality of your son or daughter, as well as formal adoption procedures and assuming legal responsibility of the child once the surrogate has given birth
What is IVF
IVF is something women choose opt for when they are experiencing difficulties with infertility. The traditional IVF involves the removal of the human oocytes from the ovaries and the fertilization process, accomplished by “letting" motile spermatozoa to fertilize the oocytes into a particular culture medium. This means that once embryos are formed, they are transferred in to the uterine cavity through an activity called Embryo Transfer. IVF is employed to mimic the biological processes, in vivo.
IVF is used for women who"ve blocked or damaged fallopian tubes, thus stopping the egg and sperm from meeting naturally. IVF may also help you and your partner if your infertility is unexplained and/or the male partner has a low sperm count. Other factors like mature age endometriosis, immunology, being overweight and mindset may lead people to infertility. IVF can be the treatment for you if these factors enter into play at this stressful time in your lives.
Step 1: Follicular Development and Monitoring
During a woman"s normal menstrual period, LH and FSH will be the hormones that your body uses to encourage development and maturation of an individual oocyte. To be able to optimize your pregnancy rates during IVF, it"s important to have more thatn one tmature oocyte for fertilization, embryo development and transfer into the uterus. The ovaries are therefore stimulated using higher amounts of the stimulating hormone that normally exist in your body. This is achieved using Gonadotrophin injections. Various stimulation regimes are present at the moment, and the doctor chooses the one best suited to your biological system, to be able to achieve a great number of high quality oocytes. Close monitoring of the follicles (the sacs which contain the growing oocytes in the ovaries) is required and it is achieved with regular ultra-sound to be able to ascertain their size and their numbers . At the correct timing, more hormones will be given, aiding with the ultimate maturation of the oocytes. Based on all the available feedback and laboratory studies, the most suitable time for the recovery will be determined.
Step 2: Oocyte Recovery
This is the actual procedure by which the doctor gathers the oocytes of the womain’s body, a procedure needing anesthesia. A small needle enters the top part of the vagina, through the instruction of the ultrasound, into the ovary"s follicles. The fluid that is aspirated will then be taken to the laboratory, where the oocytes will be determined and transferred into culture media in an incubator at 37oC to continue the maturation process for several more hours.
Step 3: Fertilization of OOCYTS
In this stage, your partner must give his sample of sperm on the day of the oocyte recovery which will be maintained until needed). His sperm will be carefully made ready with a particular process and the healthy spermatozoa separately. There are around 100,000 motile spermatozoa added per oocyte, with 4-6 hours after oocyte recovery. This is in order for the fertilization to occur within the next 12-18 hours in the incubator. The insemination process will lead to the fertilization of the oocytes, and resulting embryos are transferred to different culture media to be viewed closely over the next 48 hours.
Step 4: Embryo Transfer
The best embryos are chosen and are transferred through the neck of the womb using a small catheter on the basis of their rate of growth and morphology. The number of embryos that will be transferred is set in line with the age and medical history of the potential mother; alongside the number and quality of the embryos which have been released during each therapy cycle. For each couple, there is a possibility of having several child. Embryo transfer is a pain-free process, much like having a cervical smear, and fortunately takes only a few minutes. After the job has been completed, we recommend a brief resting period in the recovery room. The day after, oocyte retrieval progesterone and other supplements will be prescribed to ensure that the lining of the uterus receives sufficient stimulation and sustains the implantation of the embryos. Quantitative pregnancy tests with blood also needs to be svheduled 12-14 days after embryo transfer.
